Majority Say Prosecute Those Commiting Adultery

According to a poll by MarriageAdvice.com, 52% say "yes", those who commit adultery should be prosecuted in courts. What do you think? Should these matters stay within the home or do you think that the government should add this to their marriage support initiatives?
