The New Movie Jungle

Amazon.com has just launched a new service that allows consumers to purchase and download movies from the internet. They're not the first to do this, but they're definitely the biggest. They also beat Apple to the punch, who has been rumored to launch a similar service in the next week or so. So what does this mean? It means our content is going digital, from our music to our movies, whether we like it or not. It means a lot of other things too, but maybe we'll do an article on that down the road. The new service is called AmazonUnbox and can be visited at www.amazon.com/video. So the next time you want to stay at home and watch a movie, think about going online and downloading it.
